Quick update, I'll post pictures by the weekend.

First, a funny video of Will

15 month Will loves slides from Angela Doyle on Vimeo.

We had Isabella's parent-teacher conference tonight. Her school is very good and they have high academic standards for their students. I've joined the PTO and attended my first meeting on Tuesday. I plan to get really involved with her school and to meet other parents with similar values and outlooks. I really miss her Seton teachers. What I loved so much was that the teachers there nurtured the spiritual side of the children, no only the academic. They really got to know each child individually and seemed to see the power and potential of each child.

Isabella loves ice skating and is taking a class once a week. We also take her 1-2 times during the weekend to practice. She is also taking swimming and is doing awesome. We are signed up for Destination Imagination, an outside school activity and our group is great. the parents are very involved and the kids are sweet. Isabella will have the opportunity to develop valuable skills such as working well as a team, thinking on her feet, and using her imagination for fun and to solve problems. I am also learning from other parents new ways to guide and teach her.

Will is taking a Kindermusik class and dominates the classroom. He is such a ham and loves attention. He dances for everyone and sings/shouts. He and I will also be starting a parent-child class after the holidays.

Still loving MN. Autumn has been great, and we've had the chance to spend a lot of time outside, exploring the parks and nature. We've also visited some of the most amazing play structures I've ever seen :)

Comments:
