We were finally able to get out again to see the Whitakers. Baby Henry is gorgeous with very long, dark and thick eyelashes and is a great mix of his parents. He enjoys sucking on fingers and holding on to them with his little hands. I was so thrilled to finally be able to hold him...
Isabella was also happy to spend some time with two of her favorite big friends.
Isabella attends "Science Saturdays" at our local library. She is the youngest child there but has no problem keeping up with the older children. This past weekend they were learning about blood. I think she knew already everything they talked about, but she had a blast making "blood" out of karo syrup (plasma), red hots (red blood cells), white chocolate chips (white blood cells) and sprinkles (platelets).
Each morning, Will and I hang out in bed before Isabella wakes up. He's a very happy and alert boy first thing in the morning.
