As many of you may already know, I had some eye surgery last week to correct a partial retinal detachment in my left eye. The surgery went great, and I am doing fine. I had a hard time finding, on the internet, anyone who had written about a positive experience after having surgery to correct a retinal detachment. One of my employees suggested that if I had a good experience that I write about it, to help out people like me, searching for information about the surgery.

So I am doing exactly that. I started a new blog, written with no-frills in the first person that documents what I remember about the surgery and the recovery. You can view the blog here:
