Thank you everyone for remembering our special day! We really enjoyed the calls, cards, and it was such an awesome surprise to get a complimentary bottle of champagne during our meal last night (thanks, gramps and nana!) As most of you know, I can't hold my alcohol, so I had about 3 sips, and it was up to Mike to finish the rest of the bottle. But he does love his bubbly! It was a really nice night. We've decided to not buy material things for each other on our anniversary. We can get gifts that are experiences though, such as dinner, travel or a concert.
Isabella's Ah-Mah and Ah-Gong (my parents) just returned from a long cruise in Europe...sounded like it was a really good time. I can't wait to go back. We will definitely be going in 2007 because my big sis is getting married in May! Yes, she and Ulrik are engaged and are having their wedding in Denmark (Ulrik is Danish). Congratulations T and U!
