Pictures are back up!
Mike was up in Wisconsin trout fishing this weekend with a couple friends, and Isabella and I had a fun time together. On Saturday, we went to a toddler barn dance at the Arabian Knights Horse farm in Clarendon Hills. I was going to link to the farm's website, but it was one of those horribly tacky sites with clouds in the background and music. I'm going to write them to see if they'd be interested in a website redesign.
Anyway, the dance was fun... Isabella got a cowboy hat and loved dancing to Shania Twain and Barney. She finally saw horses in real-life and was actually a bit frightened by their size. I wonder how she'll react next week when my sister and her boyfriend take Isabella to the San Francisco zoo.
Sunday, she and I went to the book sale at Hinsdale Library and walked around the downtown of my old stomping grounds. Hinsdale is very lovely; something I never fully appreciated until I left.
