Believe it or not, Isabella is sick again! She recovered from her cold/flu this weekend, and then threw up at school on Monday morning. Mike and I were pulling into the parking garage at work when we got the call from her daycare that she was sick. I ran up to my office and handed off work to some unsuspecting colleagues, and drove back home.
I really hate being having to ask for favors like that at work. I don't like constantly feeling like I am behind and have to play "catch up" when I am in the office. That's why I'm really looking forward to working from home and not having to worry about taking sick days because Isabella is picking up all the germs from daycare. Kids, although cute, can be so gross. Sometimes when I pick Isabella up, this one kid who always seems to have boogers all over his face will try to give me a toy he was gnawing on.
