Greetings!
I had a very remarkable 10 days at my Vipassana meditation course. It was some serious hard work- the day started at 4am, ended at 9 pm, and we were meditating for about 10 hours every day. I feel like I have a grasp of the technique, but I have a long way to go in terms of really feeling wiser or more "enlightened".

I cannot thank Mike enough for giving me the chance to do this. Hopefully, in return, I will be a better wife, mother, daughter, friend. HOpefully I will continue to practice diligently so I will become a better, more loving and compassionate person.

I missed my babies so much. Mike was a superdad. He did so well juggling the immense responsibilities of working full-time, driving back and forth for over 2 hours a day, watching Isabella, teaching Isabella, changing Isabella's diapers, dressing Isabella, feeding her really nutritious foods, paying the bills, taking our the trash, cleaning the house, and much more. It was really impressive. Plus, I received the greatest present ever upon my return. Mike journalled every day I was gone, and packaged it up in a beautiful stapled booklet with pictures and cover. I was completely blown away. What have I done to deserve such an amazing person?

Here are some pics from the last couple weeks. You have Mike to thank for these.
