I wanted to recount a story about something Isabella did today.
She was playing in her room, after having awoken from a nap. She was playing with some books, and picked up "Moo , Baa, La-La-La" and handed it to me with a smile. I started to read it, and I noticed that right after I would read the part that says: "The Cow says..." she would look at me expectedly and smile when I said "Moooo!" She did this for about 4 pages.
After the 4th page, she leaned in to my face and gave me a kiss, as if to say: "Thanks for reading that to me Dad!" It was an amazing feeling and I would trade all the sleepless nights and dirty diapers for that one drooly kiss.
